Assist Services

The Assist client base includes local council clients, State and Commonwealth government clients and private clients.

Assist office hours are between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and we offer a full after hours service on 8338 2200 (all hrs).

Support needs vary from as little as 1 hour a week or up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year.

At Assist the majority of our clients are disabled or older people living in their own home, and our services enable them to enjoy their independence and comfort that only familiar surroundings and environment can preserve.

The Assist company goal is to provide an quality individually tailored service to all our clients, and promote and maintain maximum independence, health and comfort.

· Personal Home Support

Assistance with daily care activities including assistance with activities to aid daily living, showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and meal preparation and medication prompting. Tailored for your personal requirements.

· Domestic and Household Assistance

Cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, washing, mopping, cleaning toilets & bathrooms and sweeping.

· Respite Care

Care provided for your loved one in your own home while you take a break.

· Transport Assistance , Bill Paying and Social Support, Dog walking

Assistance with transport to shops, shopping support, bill paying, outings, and companionship.

· Home and Garden Maintenance

Assistance with maintaining a clean and safe environment around your home and garden, lawn mowing, gutter cleaning, changing batteries in smoke detectors, pruning, window cleaning and general regular home maintenance.
